Passiver "The Fearless" Tov (born Passiva Tov Llivor in 729) is a prodigy and former commander in Emperor DeSadar's navy. He has been out of the public eye for over a year, working on a secret project.
He is best known for his daring, and willingness to take risks (and win). He survived a skirmish with the Caris navy in which all other vessels except for his corvette were destroyed.
The Emperor has verbally berated Passiver once, publicly, for his cocky attitude.
