Ulyer deRisma (born Ulyer Rzma Kan in 703) is the Pasori owner of Vzala Ar/ Red Bear Firearms. He is best known for his brief but dramatic political career and his friendship with the Emperor.
Business career
In 737 deRisma was charged by the Emperor to take over the failing Red Bear Firearms, a manufacturing plant located on the Eastern edge of the country. Thanks to his involvement Red Bear has expanded tremendously to become the primary arms manufacturer of the Territories. Its success has consequently made deRisma one of the wealthiest citizens in the Territories.
