Lethy Aray

Lethy Aray is an ambassador of Caris hailing from the (Carissi) border city of Barrow. Despite her title of Ambassador, she is consistently denied access to the Territories and meets very rarely with officials from that country. She was recently chosen to speak on the behalf of the Queen in a meeting with the Emperor, arranged through another courier.
