The Lower Territories is the name given to the southern countries of the Northern Territories. The perimeter border of the Lower Territories are nearly the same as before dissolution, however, eight new states were created where before there had been thirty-two. The states in the Lower Territories are Treston, Mesda, Olo, Steffonia, Telm, Fiskle, Crocker and Brindle.
