Steffonia

Steffonia State is the coastal state in the Northern Territories. The capitol city of Steffonia is called Steffon, the location of Souther Palace.
Steffonia is named after the martyr-warlord King Steffon, who was the last reigning warlord to fight against assimilation into the Northern Territories.
