Gulo is the name for the shaggy and dangerous omnivore that roams the upper north. It is also known as the Beardog or Wolverine.

Gulos are known for their tenacity and voracity. Individual animals have been known to attack and kill prey as large as mule deer. Once a carcass is acquired, the Gulo will eat itself to near bursting, then spray the carrion with musk and urine to render it unpalatable to other animals.

The Pasori Gulo take this animal as their namesake, and venerate its gluttonous and self-serving characteristics through their culture and behavior.
