Pasori Tovat

The Pasori Tovat are a small and isolated tribe of the Pasori Empire. Their totem animal is the northern fur seal.
The Tovat are known for their fishing and mastery of the ice sheet, but are considered fairly inaccessible even by other Pasori tribes.
