Velztrek

Velztrek is a type of hot broth eaten by the Pasori. It is made of salted fermented mare's milk, sometimes punctuated with small pieces of fermented meat as well. It is considered both a luxury and a great comfort food. It is traditionally eaten in a shallow bowl, without the use of a spoon.
